The Hongfei HGS T60 is a six-rotor, oil-electric hybrid agricultural flight platform for pesticide spraying and material spreading across crops including rice, wheat, corn, cotton and fruit forests. Its carbon-fiber structure has a 2300mm diagonal wheelbase, with dimensions of 2300mm × 2300mm × 1350mm when spread and 1050mm × 1080mm × 1350mm when folded. Aircraft weight is 60KG, payload is 60KG and maximum takeoff weight is 120KG. The supplied transport packaging is an aluminum box.
The equipment configuration combines a Microtek V7-AG flight controller, Hobbywing X9 MAX High Voltage Version propulsion and a Zongshen 340CC / 16KW engine. Operating voltage is 100V, and the 8L fuel tank can be customized to other specifications. Pressure spraying uses a pump pressure of 7KG and a flow of 5L/min across a 10m spray width. Flight speed is 10m/s, flight time is about one hour and operational coverage is 20ha/hour. Maximum wind resistance is 8m/s.
Standard equipment supports Android / PC ground-station operation, automated routes, A/B point operation, one-button takeoff and landing, height-control radar and dual-pump operation. Liquid and battery detection support automatic return and recorded breakpoints for resuming spraying. Integration options include obstacle detection and avoidance, a camera recorder with real-time transmission, RTK positioning and an additional seed spreader. Although the aircraft supports sowing granular fertilizer and feed, the additional spreader belongs to the enhanced configuration; these options should be distinguished from the standard supplied equipment.
