The Hongfei HGS T60 is a 60-liter agricultural flight platform for pesticide spraying and fertilizer spreading across rice, wheat, corn, cotton and fruit forests. Its oil-electric hybrid architecture combines a Zongshen 340CC / 16KW engine with Hobbywing X9 MAX High Voltage Version propulsion and Microtek V7-AG flight control. The aircraft has a 2300mm diagonal wheelbase and folds from 2300mm × 2300mm × 1350mm to 1050mm × 1080mm × 1350mm. Weight and payload are each 60KG, with a maximum takeoff weight of 120KG.
The pressure-spray installation combines a 7KG pump-pressure specification, 5L/min flow and 10m spray width. Flight time is about one hour, operational coverage is 20ha/hour, and flight speed is 10m/s; maximum wind resistance is rated at 8m/s. The fuel tank holds 8L, with other capacities customizable, and the specified engine fuel is gas-electric hybrid oil at 1:40. Standard equipment includes Android / PC ground-station operation, automatic A/B-point flight, one-button takeoff and landing, breakpoint spraying continuation, liquid and battery detection, height-control radar and dual-pump mode.
Enhanced equipment extends the platform with terrain-responsive ascent and descent, surrounding-obstacle detection and avoidance, camera recording with real-time transmission, an additional seed spreader and RTK positioning. These functions belong to the enhanced configuration, so procurement configuration matters when specifying sowing, imaging or positioning equipment. Standard protection functions cover vibration, lost contact and spray interruption, alongside motor sequence and direction checks. Automatic return responds to depleted liquid or low battery. An aluminum packing box, English instructions and a maintenance kit accompany the equipment.
