The Hongfei HGS T10 Assembly Drone is a 10-liter agricultural flight platform for pesticide application across rice, wheat, corn, cotton and fruit forests. Its folding structure measures 750mm*750mm*570mm for transport and 1500mm*1500mm*570mm when spread, with a 1500mm diagonal wheelbase. The platform combines Microtek V7-AG flight control, Hobbywing X8 propulsion and pressure spraying. Operating voltage is 44.4V (12S), with a fast-charging intelligent battery. The integrated sensing equipment includes front and rear FPV cameras, spherical omnidirectional obstacle-avoidance radar and microwave altitude radar supporting height stabilization and terrain-following flight. An intelligent app supports route planning and autonomous flight, while ground-station functions include one-click takeoff, voice announcements and automated landing. Automatic spraying breakpoint recording can be configured when spraying liquid is insufficient or insufficient power requires a return. Dual-pump mode includes vibration and liquid-interruption protection, motor sequence detection and direction detection. The IP67 body is waterproof and dustproof and supports full-body washing.
The pressure-spray system has a water pump pressure of 0.8mPa and flow of 1.5-4L/min, with a maximum of 4L/min. Spray width is 3-5m and flight speed is 3-8m/s. Operational coverage is 6-12ha/hour; the separate daily efficiency figure is 20-40ha for six hours of operation. Tank loading changes the available flight duration: empty-tank endurance is 20-25min, falling to 7-10min with a full tank. These endurance conditions distinguish the aircraft's unloaded flight duration from its duration while carrying spraying liquid.
