The Hongfei HBR T22-M Mist Spraying Drone is an agricultural flight platform designed for pesticide application in fruit forests. Its M5 intelligent mist machine uses high-temperature, high-pressure airflow generated by a pulse jet to atomize liquid at the nozzle. It produces mist from steam rather than using high-temperature heating of the liquid. Spray particles are less than 50 microns, with additional applications in fumigation and disinfection. Spray width is 4-6m, and spray efficiency is ≥7ha/hour.
The folding airframe combines aerospace carbon fiber and aerospace aluminum, with a 7075 aviation aluminum structure. Overall dimensions are 2360mm*2360mm*640mm, reducing to 1070mm*700mm*640mm when folded. Weight is 21.5KG and maximum takeoff weight is 44KG. The equipment configuration comprises a 22L pesticide barrel, a 1.5L gasoline tank and fumigation equipment measuring 920mm*160mm*150mm. The electrical configuration lists one 12S 22000mAh lithium-polymer battery and an intelligent charger with AC Input 100-240V. Flight speed is limited to ≤15m/s.
Flight control integrates inertial and satellite navigation sensors, with GPS positioning, autonomous flight and terrain following. Plot mode supports 128 waypoints and adjustable height, speed, obstacle-avoidance mode and flight path. Edge-sweeping mode applies spray along a planned area's boundary with a selectable number of circuits. Fruit tree mode supports hovering and rotation at a selected point, with height adjustment during fixed-point or slope operations. Teams can upload and share planned plots, then download, edit and delete them through the cloud.
