The Hongfei 60L Large Agricultural Spraying Drone, also designated HGS T60, is an oil-electric hybrid flight platform for pesticide application and fertilizer spreading across rice, wheat, corn, cotton and fruit plantations. Its folding structure measures 1050mm × 1080mm × 1350mm for transport and 2300mm × 2300mm × 1350mm when deployed, with a 2300mm diagonal wheelbase. The aircraft weighs 60KG, carries a 60KG payload and has a maximum takeoff weight of 120KG. An aluminum packing box provides its transport enclosure.
The installed equipment combines Microtek V7-AG flight control, Hobbywing X9 MAX High Voltage Version propulsion and a Zongshen 340CC / 16KW engine. Operating voltage is 100V, with an 8L fuel tank and a specified 1:40 fuel mixture. The pressure-spray system uses dual-pump mode, with 7KG pump pressure, 5L/min flow and a 10m spray width. Flight time is about one hour, operational coverage is 20ha/hour and flight speed is 10m/s. The maximum wind-resistance rating is 8m/s.
Standard controls include Android / PC ground-station operation, automatic flight with A/B points, one-button takeoff and landing, and spraying resumption from a recorded interruption point. Liquid and battery monitoring support automatic return when liquid runs out or battery charge is low. Height-control radar and motor sequence and direction checks are also included. Enhanced configuration offers terrain-responsive ascent and descent, obstacle detection and avoidance, a camera with real-time transmission, RTK positioning and an additional seed spreader. Spreading-equipment selection therefore forms part of the configuration decision.
