The Hongfei HGS T60 is an agricultural flight platform for pesticide spraying and fertilizer spreading on rice, wheat, corn, cotton and fruit forests. Its carbon-fiber structure has deployed dimensions of 2300mm*2300mm*1350mm and folded dimensions of 1050mm*1080mm*1350mm, with a diagonal wheelbase of 2300mm. The oil-electric hybrid architecture combines a Zongshen 340CC / 16KW engine with Hobbywing X9 MAX High Voltage Version propulsion and Microtek V7-AG flight control. Operating voltage is 100V, and the engine fuel specification is gas-electric hybrid oil at 1:40. Fuel tank capacity is 8L, with other specifications customizable. The pressure-spray system has a water pump pressure of 7KG and a spraying flow of 5L/min across a 10m spray width. Flight time is about one hour, with operational coverage of 20ha/hour.
The standard configuration includes Android / PC ground-station control, voice broadcast, automatic flight with A/B point operation, one-button takeoff and landing, and dual-pump mode. Liquid and battery detection support automatic return when liquid is depleted or battery is low, while breakpoint recording supports continued spraying. Height-control radar, motor sequence and direction detection, and protective functions are also standard. Enhanced configurations include terrain-responsive ascent and descent, obstacle detection and avoidance, camera recording with real-time transmission, RTK positioning and an additional seed spreader.
