The HAWKUN INTELLIGENCE H540S is an agricultural flight platform for liquid spraying and solid-material spreading. Its six-axis architecture uses reinforced aircraft body materials and structure. The spraying system combines a 40L tank with a high-power dual-magnetic impeller pump delivering up to 18L/Min. An upgradeable four-nozzle version increases flow to 24L/Min, making that higher output dependent on the nozzle configuration. Adjustable mist droplets cover 50~500μm, while improved protection for the nozzle motors increases service lifespan by 150%.
For spreading, the H540S has a 60L solid dispenser with a quick-detachable anti-strike cap and protective eaves for the aircraft body. A multi-hatch arrangement accommodates materials with various particle sizes. Fertilizer spreading throughput is 1.5 tons/hour, with a separate spreading rate of up to 110kg/min. The platform also incorporates a rotating 360° millimeter-wave radar that detects obstacles ahead and supports obstacle avoidance, circumvention and terrain following during agricultural flight operations.
The energy system combines a 2100Wh intelligent battery and an 8500W intelligent charger. Its integrated plug-and-play design supports power inputs from the grid and generators, with integrated cooling fans for charging. Control equipment comprises a 6-inch high-definition, high-brightness smart remote controller with five hours of endurance. RTK positioning supports fast satellite acquisition, while high-definition FPV provides an onboard view. Image transmission extends up to 2 kilometers; the five-hour endurance figure applies to the controller.
