Guangxinwei offers the UM32M156 as a standalone MCU for electronic speed controllers that use separate controller and gate-driver chips. It is available in QFN20 or QFN28 packaging and can be paired with the company's UM6032Q driver.
The UM32M156 also serves as the MCU within Guangxinwei's UM32MP56 integrated chip for FPV drone speed controllers, where it is combined with a three-phase gate driver.
