The Powerfly P10-D from Guangdong Powerfly Aviation Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a special-purpose flight platform for clearing hanging debris from high-voltage conductors under FPV control. Its physical architecture combines a V-shaped six-rotor or eight-rotor aircraft with an integrated oil-pump flame-projecting mission system. The mission equipment uses an external module with its own power supply and supports integration with mainstream multirotors offering mission-payload capacity above 3.5 kg. Adjustable flame diameter and length help manage the risk of phase-to-phase short circuits during clearance.
The thermal-imaging configuration combines a 384 × 288 uncooled focal-plane detector, sensitivity below 50 mK and a frame rate of at least 50 Hz. Fixed-focus optics require no adjustment beyond 10 m, with digital zoom also provided. Temperature measurement covers -20°C to +150°C, with automatic temperature-point tracking and live video overlays. NTSC/PAL composite video and IRV storage accompany four display palettes. Operating limits include -20 to 50°C and non-condensing humidity of 10%–95%; the protection rating is IP54.
