The GEPRC Tern40 LR V2 O4 Wide is a 4-inch FPV flight platform intended for long-range aerial filming and wide-area coverage. Its deadcat frame has a 186.7 mm wheelbase, 4 mm arms and a layered plate structure. A four-point suspended camera mount reduces vibration, while the frame layout supports cleaner forward-facing shots. The integrated imaging equipment comprises a DJI O4 Wide Air Unit, its camera module and a DJI O4 Air Unit Pro antenna. Ventilated side plates provide a cooling path around the installed equipment.
Flight electronics combine a GEPRC TAKER F722 45A 32Bit AIO controller with 1404 3000KV motors and HQProp T4X2.5Grey propellers. Procurement choices are PNP, ELRS 2.4G or ELRS 915M, each with GPS. Battery integration uses a fixed XT30 connector, anti-slip pads and supplied straps; recommended batteries are LiPo 4S 660mAh–850mAh or 18650 3000mAh. The 12-minute flight-time figure applies to a LiHV 4S 720mAh battery with landing at 3.6V per cell. Supplied accessories include propeller sets, camera and BEC mounts, side plates, damping balls, spare fasteners and a screwdriver.
