The GEPRC RUN HD3 DJI Air Unit for Freestyle HD FPV is a 3-inch quadcopter intended for freestyle flying with digital HD first-person video. It is supplied as a quadcopter assembled and tuned by GEPRC, with two sets of propellers and a GEPRC hat. Receiver choices comprise DJI Receiver, Frsky XM+, Frsky R-XSR and TBS Crossfire Nano RX. The recommended 4S 850mAh battery is excluded, so the supplied configuration requires a separately obtained battery.
Its full 3K carbon-fiber frame has a 155mm wheelbase and mounting patterns of 30.5*30.5mm and 20*20mm for equipment integration. Plate entries specify a 2mm top and 3mm bottom, with separate side-plate thicknesses of 1.5mm and 2mm. The frame positions the propellers outside the camera view. A soft-mounted STABLE PRO F7 35A flight-control system incorporates dual ICM20689 gyroscopes and onboard flash. Weight entries differ: 200g excluding the battery and a separate 150 g entry. Motor ratings likewise include GR1507 3200KV and 1507 3600KV.
The DJI FPV Air Unit provides 720p video modes at 120fps or 60fps, with minimum end-to-end latency below 28 ms or 40 ms respectively. Its interfaces include USB-C, MMCX, a 3-in-1 port and a microSD slot. Transmission distance and EIRP have separate FCC/SRRC and CE limits. The Air Unit accepts 7.4-17.6 V, consumes about 4-9 W and has an operating temperature range of 0° to 40°C. The flight controller and four-in-one ESC each specify a 2-6S lithium-polymer input range.
