The GEPRC GEP-Vapor-D O4 Pro Frame is a carbon-fiber airframe kit for aerial filming builds using the DJI O4 Air Unit Pro. Its DC layout is intended to keep propellers outside the camera view. Redesigned aluminum camera mounts incorporate vibration-damping silicone to reduce resonance, while camera guard side panels and a front lip provide physical protection. A quick-release design supports repairs and maintenance. Vapor-D5 and Vapor-D6 configurations share plate thicknesses and mounting patterns, with different wheelbases, recommended propeller sizes and frame weights.
The GEP-Vapor-D5 O4 Pro Frame has a 238.4mm wheelbase, recommends 5-inch propellers and weighs 221±5g. The GEP-Vapor-D6 O4 Pro Frame has a 274.6mm wheelbase, recommends 6-inch propellers and weighs 224±5g. Both use 2.0mm top and middle plates, a 2.5mm bottom plate and 5.0mm arms. Flight controller mounting patterns are 20x20mm / 30.5×30.5mm; video transmitter patterns are 20x20mm / 25x25mm / 30.5×30.5mm. Motor mounting is 16x16mm, camera mounting is 19mm / 20mm, and the rear antenna mount supports the original O4 Pro antenna and SMA adapters.
Each configuration is supplied as an airframe kit containing one corresponding frame and the same accessory quantities. Battery mounting accessories comprise two M20*250mm battery straps and two battery silicone pads. Each kit also contains one set of screws and one printouts pack. The included tools are one L-shaped screwdriver in each of three sizes—1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm—and one M8 wrench. These contents accompany either the GEP-Vapor-D5 O4 Pro Frame or the GEP-Vapor-D6 O4 Pro Frame.
