The GEPRC GEP-Elegant BNF is supplied as an equipped quadcopter for freestyle and competition flying. Its 230mm GEP-KHX5 frame combines full 3K twill carbon fiber with high-precision CNC 7075 construction. The bottom plate is 2mm thick, the side plates are 1.5mm, and the arm plates are 4mm. The layout places emphasis on battery center of gravity and flight balance. Integration centers on a SPAN F4 Tower AIO, with an STM32F405 MCU, MPU6000, four 40A BLHeli_s ESC channels and a 5.8GHz video transmitter.
The installed equipment includes GR2306 2450kv motors, a Runcam Swift2 2.1mm camera and a Frsky R-XSR receiver in the BNF configuration; PNP omits the receiver. Two Pagoda2 RHCP MMCX antennas are supplied, with one installed, alongside three battery straps and a spare arm. The propeller specification lists 10 pairs, while the packing list states 10 propellers. A transmitter, goggles and battery are additional flight equipment. Input support is 2-5S LiPo, and the 348-gram weight excludes battery and propellers. Because the ESC is installed backwards, motor channel mapping must be reapplied after every firmware refresh.
