Product overview
The GEPRC ELRS Nano Receiver provides an ExpressLRS radio-control link for integration with a flight controller. It supports GEPRC ELRS-series equipment and other ELRS-compatible devices, with a maximum refresh rate of 500Hz. Frequency choices comprise 868MHz, 915MHz and 2.4GHz versions, with the respective band designations 868MHz EU, 915MHz FCC and 2.4GHz ISM. Procurement therefore involves selecting a receiver frequency version and antenna option, with both T Antenna and Mini T Antenna choices listed.
The receiver measures 16.8mm by 10mm and weighs 0.6g without its antenna or installation accessories. Its compact dimensions define the receiver's integration footprint, while the electrical connection requires a 5V supply and the antenna connection uses ipex1. The supplied package contains one receiver, one T antenna, two heat-shrink tubes, four silicone cables in black, red, yellow and green, a four-pin header and an instruction manual. This is an electronics receiver package for incorporation into a UAV.
Flight-controller setup in Betaflight requires Serial Rx on the connected UART and CRSF as the serial receiver protocol. Wi-Fi supports firmware upgrades, but firmware matching affects binding: the default 2.0 firmware on the 2.4G receiver cannot bind to a transmitter running 3.0. For transmitter firmware above 3.0, the specified receiver update is version 3.0. A separate integration limitation affects some flight controllers that pull the receiver TX line low during power-on, forcing its ESP into bootloader mode with a solid LED.
