Product overview
The GEPRC Crown HD Cinewhoop is a flight platform for indoor FPV flying and aerial photography. Its GEP-CW3 frame has 156mm motor-to-motor spacing and combines a separate bottom plate with injection-molded guards and EVA damping protection. A CNC aluminum alloy camera mount supports the imaging assembly. Within the narrow fuselage, the 45A ESC uses a 30.5mm × 30.5mm mounting pitch. The current electronics configuration pairs the F7-BT-HD V2 flight controller with an STM32F722 MCU, six-axis gyro, Caddx Vista HD transmitter and Caddx Vista Polar camera.
Configuration choices comprise PNP, Frsky RXSR and TBS Nano RX options, alongside 4S or 6S power versions with different motor KV ratings. The 4S version uses upgraded 2004 3150KV motors, while the 6S version uses upgraded 2004 2150KV motors; both have M5 shafts. Recommended battery capacities are 4S 1300~1550mAh and 6S 1050~1100mAh, respectively. The aircraft supports GP lite and GP6/7/8/9 cameras, with a shock-absorbing 3D-printed mount described for GP6/7/8/9 installation. Flight duration is 6–7 minutes with a GP camera and 8–10 minutes without one.
The supplied configuration includes one Crown HD Cinewhoop, four pairs of 3045*3 propellers, two battery pads, two antenna bushings, two battery straps, a Type-C interface, an L-shaped screwdriver and a wrench. The configured aircraft weighs 299 grams without batteries; an additional weight entry gives 281 g without a measurement qualification. Flight or takeoff weight is specified as less than 500 grams. Battery selection and action-camera installation therefore remain relevant procurement choices, with camera installation carrying the stated reduction in flight duration.
