The FlashHobby FH-2142 Micro Servo is a programmable digital actuator with a coreless motor, a direct-drive potentiometer and two ball bearings. Its body measures 23 × 12 × 27.6 mm, with a nominal weight of 20.3 g (0.72oz); a separate weight specification gives 20.3 ± 5 g without the servo horn. PWM control uses a 1520 μsec reference, alongside a working-frequency specification of 1520μs / 330hz. Operating travel is 120° ± 10°, with a limit angle of 180° ± 10° and pulse travel of 800→2200 μsec.
Electrical integration requires DC4.8–6.0 V. Stall torque is 3.2kg.cm at 4.8V and 4.2kg-cm at 6V, with corresponding speeds of 0.09sec/60° and 0.08 sec/60°. The JR connection has a nominal 220 mm lead, also specified as 220 ± 5 mm, using 28awg PVC wire. Construction descriptions conflict between hard-anodized aluminium and steel gears, and between a CNC aluminium shell and a nylon-plus-fiber case. Operating temperature specifications likewise differ between -10 to +60° and -10°C to +50°C.
