Product overview
The Feiyu XP7000 Tethered Power System combines an integrated industrial ground station with airborne power-module integration for multirotor UAVs. Its aluminum-alloy enclosure measures 550 × 480 × 350 mm, and the product weighs 38 kg. The 200 m alloy cable has manual and automatic deployment and retrieval. A built-in motor provides one-button electric recovery, while a rotating handle enables emergency retrieval. Sensor-based torque adjustment maintains suitable cable tension during deployment and recovery. The ground station is designed for portability and rapid installation across multiple aircraft configurations.
The system accepts 220 V mains input, with both rated power and maximum tethered power specified as 7000 W. General integration covers multirotors with takeoff weights of 8–50 kg, and the airborne module accommodates 6S–14S batteries. Custom tether equipment has a separate threshold: takeoff weight at most 35 kg or takeoff power below 7000 W. A universal 6S/12S airborne module is among the integration options. Maximum flight height is 200 m, endurance is 8 h, and operating temperature is −20 to 50 °C. Type-C, USB and Ethernet interfaces are customizable.
