Product overview
The EMAX ES9255 II provides powered positioning for RC aircraft and helicopter control surfaces, with additional applications in car steering, boats and custom serial-controlled systems. Its coreless brushed motor and digital control work with a contactless magnetic encoder that supports up to 360° effective control and angle error below 2°. The physical assembly combines an all-metal housing, two bearings and gears made from 7075 aluminum and hardened stainless steel, with IP67 protection for outdoor RC operation.
Integration requires space for the 40 × 20 × 38.5mm body and its 300 ±8mm three-pin lead, with a JR connector and 23T output spline. Net weight is 72 ±1g. Power must fall within 6.0–8.4V; speed, stall torque and current vary with voltage, reaching 0.06 sec/60° and 18 kgf·cm maximum stall torque at 8.4V. Operating temperature is -20°C to 60°C. The supplied configuration contains one servo, servo horns, mounting hardware and an instruction manual. Serial protocol changes and application-specific customization are supported.
