Product overview
The EMAX E3 2812 is a brushless propulsion motor for long-range and high-load FPV aircraft. Its architecture combines a one-piece outer rotor, N52SH arc magnets and single-strand winding with a steel shaft and anodized AL 7075 housing. These features address torque retention, heat management and resistance to impact-related deformation. A G1-level rolling-element precision bearing supports the rotating assembly. The motor measures 34.9 mm in diameter and 43.5 mm long, with a weight of 72 g excluding silicone wire.
Installation uses a 19 x 19 mm M3 mounting pattern, an M5 propeller adapter thread and a 250 mm 18 AWG silicone lead. Supplied hardware comprises five M3 x 9 screws, an aluminum M5 nyloc nut, and a washer and screw for the shaft. Both KV options support 3-6S batteries, but their propeller ranges differ: 920KV specifies 7-9 inch propellers, while 1150KV specifies 7-8 inch propellers. At 6S, their respective maximum power ratings are 1425 W and 1700 W.
