Product overview
The EFT CN500 is a centrifugal spraying nozzle for agricultural drone integration. Its physical architecture combines a brushless inner rotor motor, electronic speed controller, detachable throttle valve and atomization discs. A large motor stator supports large-flow spraying, while heat is transferred to the outer shell and removed through a water cooling system. The controller uses a field-oriented control algorithm, with a heatsink and heat dissipation window for cooling and overload protection to limit excessive power usage.
Integration features include a high-strength mount, rubber parts for cushioning and shock absorption, adjustable-angle hand-tightening nuts for tool-free assembly, and an anti-loss pin. The construction also incorporates a stainless sheath, rubber connector and multiple waterproof seals. PWM and CAN are communication options, with speed feedback restricted to CAN mode. The detachable valve supports maintenance and small-flow spraying, while revised disc ribs support atomization. An 8° outer-disc spray deflection angle is designed to improve penetration and reduce drift.
