The EAVISION 16X Agricultural Drone is a crop-protection flight platform built around a 16 kg high-strength carbon fiber airframe. Its compact form fits in a car trunk and permits handling by one operator. Quick-detach arms use a single screw for replacement, while full-aircraft protection is rated IP67. Autonomous obstacle avoidance handles fixed and moving obstacles, with boundary drawing sufficient to begin operation without obstacle surveying or marking. Terrain following has a specified operation height of 0.7m and error of 5cm. Visual navigation supports another 2 minutes of intelligent flight after satellite reception weakens or disappears.
The spraying architecture combines a CCMS mist nozzle system with a recirculating airflow-and-mist layout, a 5 m spray width and a stated flight speed of 5 m/s. Droplet adjustment spans 20 µm to 250 µm, and the bimodal distribution suits thick-canopy crops. Flow responds dynamically to flight speed, with automatic balancing between left and right nozzles. Independent adjustment of droplet size and liquid flow accommodates liquids of varying viscosity. Support for centrifugal, mist and pressure nozzles provides scope to change the spraying configuration for different tasks.
Mountain, Standard and Basic Edition packages each supply an edition-specific aircraft, two Ultra-Charge batteries, one rapid charger, one rugged ground control station and one RTK handheld field data tool. These configurations provide a flight platform with supporting ground equipment. The power system offers 3C charging with a full-charge time of 18 minutes and a warrantied lifespan of 500 charge cycles. Charging power is 3500W, with automatic grid-voltage detection and four protected charging channels. Heat dissipation eliminates the need for water cooling, and built-in smart power management supports maintenance.
