TINTEC’s XF-40 UAV Fire Water Gun System is a firefighting hose-and-wand kit for integration with an industrial UAV and a ground-based suppressant supply. Each set contains a 90 m fire hose and a 2.5 m aircraft-mounted pressure spray wand with a 20 mm nozzle. Water or compatible firefighting foam travels from the ground supply through the hose to the wand. Intended applications include elevated building exteriors, industrial structures, utility facilities, and locations that are difficult or hazardous for personnel to approach.
The 40 mm hose combines high-strength fiber reinforcement with a thermoplastic polyurethane inner lining. The long wand places the discharge farther from the aircraft body, and its spray direction is manually adjustable for targeting different positions. A quick-disconnect installation design supports assembly and removal, while an integrated forged connector connects the hose and spray system. Working pressure resistance is 2.5 MPa and burst pressure resistance is 3.2 MPa. Overall dimensions are ≤ 2485 × 52 × 138 mm; system weight and the separately described wand weight are both 1.05 kg.
Aircraft integration depends on payload capability, mounting configuration, flight stability, hose routing, and the planned ground supply. These requirements make aircraft selection and the water or foam delivery arrangement part of deployment planning. Effective spray range is approximately 10–15 m, with actual reach affected by operating pressure, wind, nozzle direction, and site conditions. The system accepts water and compatible firefighting foam; selection of the extinguishing medium depends on the fire type and conditions at the site.
