Product overview
The TINTEC TD20 is an onboard lighting payload for UAV night inspection, target observation, site assessment and emergency support. Its physical architecture combines 20 high-power LED beads with a focusing structure and heat dissipation to produce concentrated illumination of up to 30,000 lm. The module measures ≤305mm × 40mm × 32mm and weighs 308±5g, defining the space and payload allowance needed for integration. It is a lighting module rather than a complete UAV, so aircraft selection and mounting remain part of the installation.
Electrical integration requires a 42V-80V input, with rated power of 150W. PWM control provides 0-100% stepless brightness adjustment, while flight-controller channel linkage enables remote switching and dimming. The TD20 can also operate with compatible tethered power systems. Its operating temperature range is -20°C to +45°C, and thermal protection imposes specific limits: brightness drops to 10% above 80°C, followed by automatic shutdown above 85°C. Procurement planning therefore needs to account for aircraft compatibility, mounting, available power and total payload weight alongside the intended lighting duty.
