Product overview
The TINTEC LP4 provides ground-to-air power for industrial UAV missions that require sustained hovering over a defined location. Applications include construction observation, fixed-location inspection, temporary monitoring and emergency command support. The power system combines a ground station, a compact airborne module and a 55m tether with automatic retraction; both ground-station output and airborne output are rated at 1000W. Integration requires a confirmed compatible UAV platform, an approved airborne power module, a suitable mounting arrangement and a trained operating crew.
The ground station has casters for transport and positioning, a folding structure and expandable brackets on both sides for compatible project accessories. It measures ≤800 × 420 × 450 mm with the brackets extended and ≤680 × 420 × 450 mm folded, and weighs ≤10kg including cable. The airborne module measures ≤100 × 80 × 40 mm and weighs ≤200g. Field-support equipment includes a COB emergency light, red-and-blue warning lights, a power-failure alarm, automatic fault alerts and earth-spike support. Interfaces comprise WiFi, LAN, HDMI, USB-A, Type-C and TF/SD.
LP4 operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. Continuous operation requires suitable ground power to remain available and use within approved operating conditions; actual duration depends on the UAV platform, payload, environment, integration method and mission procedure. Compatibility also depends on the aircraft’s power architecture, airborne interface, mounting arrangement and approved operating limits. The tether determines working radius and maximum practical height, restricting the system to controlled-area operation. Its intended role is persistent hovering from one ground position rather than long-distance patrol, mapping or wide-area survey work.
