Product overview
The DJI Phantom 3 Standard is a GPS flight platform for aerial photography and video, combining a camera with a three-axis stabilizing gimbal. Its aircraft has a 350 mm wheelbase and weighs 1216 g including battery and propellers. The camera uses a 12-megapixel, 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor and a 94° field-of-view lens, with recording up to 2.7K. The fixed camera and gimbal assembly cannot accommodate a replacement camera. Adding objects to the gimbal can impair performance or damage its motors.
The supplied configuration includes a dedicated, factory-paired remote controller and an 8 GB Micro SD card. The controller holder accommodates a phone or tablet running DJI GO, which provides live video at 720P @ 30fps. A single controller operates both flight and gimbal pitch; dual-controller operation is unsupported. Maximum effective signal distance is 1000 m in FCC configuration or 500 m in CE configuration, without interference or obstructions. Flight endurance is approximately 25 minutes with a fully charged battery and depends on flight environment and operating mode.
