The DJI MG-1S Advanced is an agricultural spraying aircraft with folding arms, a 10 L tank and a standard working payload of 10 kg. Its symmetrical motor wheelbase measures 1500 mm, with individual arms measuring 619 mm. Dimensions are 1460 × 1460 × 578 mm with arms unfolded and propellers excluded, or 780 × 780 × 578 mm folded. Battery installation space measures 151 × 195 × 70 mm. The spraying configuration uses four XR11001VS nozzles, each rated at 0.379 L/min; TX-VK8 is the recommended alternative.
The RD2412R radar supports terrain following and height holding over 1.5–3.5 m. Forward and backward obstacle avoidance follows flight direction and requires relative flight height above 1.5 m and speed below 7 m/s, with a 3 m safety distance. Using a 12000 mAh battery near sea level in wind below 3 m/s, hover endurance is 20 minutes at 13.8 kg takeoff weight or nine minutes at 23.8 kg. The designated battery is MG-12000P; MG-12000S requires an adapter cable, and T16 batteries are incompatible.
