Product overview
The DJI Mavic 3 is a folding flight platform for aerial photography and video, with two cameras stabilized by a three-axis mechanical gimbal. The Hasselblad camera combines a 4/3 CMOS sensor with 20 million effective pixels, a 24 mm equivalent lens and an f/2.8–f/11 aperture. The separate telephoto camera provides 12 million effective pixels and a 162 mm equivalent lens. Takeoff weight is 895 g, and folded dimensions without propellers are 221 × 96.3 × 90.3 mm.
The standard configuration includes a DJI RC-N1 controller without HDMI output, plus USB Type-C, Lightning and Micro USB adapter cables. Its mobile-device holder accommodates devices up to 180 × 86 × 10 mm. Aircraft storage is 8GB, with approximately 7.9GB usable, and O3+ supports 1080p live viewing at 30 or 60fps. Vision sensing requires textured surfaces and illumination above 15 lux; downward sensing also requires a diffuse surface with reflectivity above 20%. Standard Mavic 3 video recording uses H.264/H.265.
