Product overview
DJI Dock 3 is an unattended drone operating platform equipped with dedicated Matrice 4D or Matrice 4TD aircraft. It supports vehicle-mounted mobile deployment and is DJI's first unattended platform with this deployment option. The dock and dedicated aircraft support unattended drone work, while the aircraft can also be operated separately using the industry version of the DJI RC Plus 2 remote controller.
The Matrice 4D and Matrice 4TD carry cameras from the same lineage as the Matrice 4 series, with improved flight and protection performance relative to that series. These dedicated aircraft give Dock 3 a defined hardware pairing, alongside the option for separate aircraft operation with the specified controller. Vehicle-mounted mobile deployment describes how the platform can be deployed; support for flight operations from a moving vehicle remains unverified.
