Product overview
The XCG02 is a mid-size Extra 260 aerobatic model for advanced RC pilots. It is designed for precise flying and 3D maneuvers such as hovers, torque rolls, snap rolls, knife-edge flight, and inside and outside loops. The airframe is made from laser-cut balsa and plywood to keep it light. Its large wing area gives it a lower wing loading. The wingspan is 1540mm (61"), the fuselage is 1270mm (50") long, and the flying weight is about 2600g.
The model is an ARF airframe with carbon fiber landing gear and a steerable tail wheel. The wings plug in, so they can be removed for transport. HD instruction plans are provided for assembly. The recommended setup is an MC4220 410KV motor, a 15-inch propeller, an 80A ESC, a 6S battery of 2600-3700mAh, four 25g servos and a 6-channel radio. These items are suggested equipment and are not part of the airframe specification.
