Product overview
The cysmodel CYS-S2815 15Kg is a digital servo for steering and throttle on 1/10 model cars, as well as model boats and fixed-wing aircraft. Its construction combines an all-metal housing, titanium gears, a coreless motor and dual bearings. The 40*20*41.4mm body, 25T output spline and 300mm lead define its principal installation interfaces. Weight is given as both 72g and 71g±1g. The servo has waterproof construction. Its wiring uses brown/black for negative, red for positive and orange/white for the signal.
The servo operates at 6.0-7.4V with PWM control, a 1500usec neutral position and a 2usec deadband. Reverse operation spans 1000usec ~ 2000 usec, with 90° total travel and 45° to either side. At 6.0V, torque is 14kg.cm and no-load speed is 0.14sec/60°; at 7.4V, these become 15kg.cm and 0.12sec/60°. Standby/no-load current is respectively 20mA/120mA and 20mA/150mA at those voltages. Stall current is 2.3A/2.5A. The operating temperature range is (-)10 to +50 °.
