Product overview
The CUAV X25 SUPER provides control electronics for integration into multirotors, fixed-wing aircraft and other unmanned systems. Its STM32H7 processor works with a redundant inertial sensor arrangement combining the SCH16T-K10 and IIM-42652/42653, with sensor-data switching when an individual sensor produces anomalous output. The controller measures 76.5×45.45×32.2mm and weighs 108.5g. Its physical protection combines a coated circuit board, internal vibration correction and support for external mounting ears that extend vibration isolation. ArduPilot and PX4 support gives integrators a choice of open-source control software.
Integration connections include dual GPS and telemetry ports, CAN, 100M Ethernet, USB Type-C and actuator interfaces. Ethernet supports expansion to onboard computers, cameras and data links; PWM provides 16 outputs through the Servo port and 32 through CAN, with selectable 3.3 V or 5 V levels. The standard configuration includes PMU 2 Lite, while PMU 2s is optional. Electrical integration must respect the separate USB, power-module and controller input ranges. Dual temperature compensation supports operation from −20°C to +85°C, with dynamic compensation specified within ±0.5°C.
