Product overview

The CUAV NEO 4 SE GNSS CAN Module provides satellite positioning and an integrated electronic compass for UAV control systems. Its u-blox MIA-M10Q receiver supports concurrent reception from BeiDou, Galileo, GLONASS and GPS, with GPS/QZSS listed in the GNSS specifications. The receiver architecture combines a TCXO, dual LNAs and an active receiving antenna with RF filtering. An STM32H5 Arm Cortex-M33 processor running at 250 MHz executes CUAV M4C GNSS firmware, with support for firmware upgrades and customized software development.

The module occupies 60 × 60 × 16.1 mm and weighs 33 g, defining its space and mass requirements for installation. Integration uses DroneCAN through a GHR-04V-S data interface, with support for ArduPilot and PX4 protocol stacks. Built-in equipment includes the IIS2MDC compass, an eight-channel RGB light group, a buzzer and a controller disarming switch. Power must remain within 4.7–5.2 V, and the operating temperature range is −10 to +80°C. Navigation updates default to 5 Hz, reaching up to 10 Hz with four concurrent GNSS or 25 Hz with a single GNSS.
