Bytech Technology Co., Ltd.’s QL10 manages the cable used to suspend a metal calibration sphere beneath a drone during weather-radar reflectivity calibration. Its role is cable storage and release within an aerial-operation and ground-assistance arrangement that combines QL10 with the MT30 module. The QL10 enclosure measures 290mm × 200mm × 200mm and incorporates a 24V 4.5Ah battery, allowing operation without an external power supply. Manual and automatic winding modes accommodate operator control or automatic cable handling, while power management monitors consumption and voltage in real time.
The winding architecture uses a synchronous cycloidal mechanism, with self-swinging winding and speed-following functions that adjust winding speed and angle according to drone flight status. The associated MT30 provides the airborne cable winding and unwinding function, with a 30m rope and a specified speed of 20±0.2 m/min. Its electrical interfaces are DJI SkyPort, E-Port and OSDK, and its control distance follows the drone link. These components form calibration-assistance hardware; the aircraft’s actual load capacity limits mounting weight, and conversation and water-collection functions require their specified additional modules or attachments.
