Product overview

The Autel Robotics EVO Max 4NZ V2 is an aerial observation platform for public safety and emergency management, combining night-vision, wide-angle and infrared cameras with a laser rangefinder. Its MDX-1 aircraft weighs 1700 g with the ABX41-D intelligent battery, Fusion 4N V2 gimbal and propellers fitted. With arms extended and propellers included, it measures 563 × 657 × 147 mm around a 467 mm diagonal wheelbase. The XL814 camera assembly sits in a 250 g gimbal measuring 109 × 66 × 99 mm.

An expansion interface supports functional payload attachments, while an integrated night flight light and internal storage provide additional onboard facilities. Storage totals 128GB, with approximately 64GB available depending on firmware use. Battery hot swapping requires quick replacement to be enabled in Autel Enterprise. Operating temperature extends from -20°C to +50°C unloaded, narrowing to -20°C to +40°C fully loaded. Sensing capability depends on configuration: the downward 24G radar version lacks nighttime radar avoidance, while the six-direction 60G version supports it. Vision sensing requires textured surfaces and illumination above 15Lux; downward vision additionally requires diffuse surfaces with reflectivity above 20%.
