Haiying Hangkong Tongyong Zhuangbei is a Beijing-based unmanned aircraft company formed in 2012 when China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation consolidated its UAV business resources in Beijing, Shenyang and Tianjin. It draws on the research and production system of the corporation's Third Academy to develop unmanned aircraft and supporting systems, combined with operating services and integrated solutions.
Its Haiying UAV business addresses civilian applications including land surveying, marine patrol, power-line inspection, meteorological observation, emergency rescue, environmental monitoring and forest fire prevention.
