Xi'an Hangjin Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd. is an aviation manufacturing company based in Shaanxi, China, with roots dating to 1989. Formerly a subsidiary of AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industry Group, it was acquired by Wuxi Huaxin in 2021 and subsequently focused on three business areas: aviation composite products, radar antennas and aircraft component packaging boxes. Its work has included designing and manufacturing packaging boxes for large Boeing, Airbus and domestic aircraft components in support of AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industry Group. This packaging work serves both military and civilian aviation.
Xi'an Hangjin has more than 13,000 square meters of workshop space and can undertake manufacturing and final assembly of aircraft components weighing under 3 tons, alongside batch production of various UAV types. Its capabilities span product design and production, mold and tooling design and manufacture, exterior painting and packaging. Equipment across Xi'an Hangjin and Wuxi Huaxin's operations includes autoclaves, hot pressing tables, curing ovens, CNC machining centers and five-axis gantry milling machines. Collaboration between the Wuxi and Xi'an production bases supports this range of manufacturing activities. Its exhibited aircraft include the SC-230 VTOL fixed-wing model, identified for integrated reconnaissance and strike roles.
