Tianjin Lishen Juyuan New Energy Te Co.,Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianjin Lishen Battery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. Founded in 2022, it undertakes its parent's polymer lithium-ion battery research and development, manufacturing and sales. Its batteries serve civilian applications including drones, smartphones, notebook computers, tablets, power banks, wearable devices, smart home equipment and electric two-wheelers. Product characteristics include high energy density, long cycle life, low internal resistance, fast charging, high power, a wide operating temperature range and customizable dimensions.
In October 2024, the company commissioned its Phase V-B fully automated manufacturing line for large polymer batteries. The line can produce conventional products, center-tab cells, multi-tab wound cells and laminated cells. Its production processes include double-layer coating, laser dust cleaning and laser etching, supported by industrial robots, CCD vision and automated guided vehicles. These configurations describe the new line's production capabilities. For drone applications, the company emphasizes high energy density cells intended to support longer flight duration, greater range and more stable flight.
