The SuperDock range includes six models with distinct aircraft compatibility. M400C is a charging dock for M400, M350 and M300 aircraft, while M400S swaps batteries for M400. M350C charges M350 and M300 aircraft, and M350S provides battery swapping for M350. M4C supports charging for M4E, M4T, M3E, M3T, M3M and M3TA; M4S supports battery swapping for M4E and M4T. Aircraft compatibility depends on the specific model: charging and battery-swapping versions within a family do not necessarily support the same aircraft.

The company's compatibility offering covers M400/350/300-series aircraft and professional payload categories including high-definition gimbal cameras, thermal imaging, lidar, multispectral cameras, loudspeakers, searchlights, gas detectors, methane detectors and water-flow velocity instruments. It also offers a vehicle-mounted M400 charging dock and cloud APIs for system integration. StrawBerry Innovation serves partners without dealing directly with end customers. Remote technical support covers site selection, installation, deployment and ongoing operations and maintenance, with partner assistance required on site.
