Company overview

Rapid Parts Solutions (RPS) provides rapid prototyping and custom component manufacturing, with its headquarters and research and development center in Shenzhen. Its services span CNC milling and turning, 3D printing, rapid tooling, mold manufacturing, injection molding and carbon fiber parts. Equipment includes industrial 3D printers, vacuum casting machines, injection molding machines, autoclaves and automated measurement equipment. Combining rapid prototyping expertise with mold and injection molding management experience, RPS supports individual samples, small-batch manufacturing and larger production runs for plastic, metal and composite components.

For industrial drones used in inspection, surveying and logistics, RPS makes custom 3D-printed gimbal mounting bases, power-compartment frames and anti-vibration brackets. This work addresses irregular component geometry, mounting fit, vibration resistance and outdoor durability during development. Its electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft component work includes fuselage brackets, landing gear connectors and precision cabin structures. Integrated additive manufacturing supports these structural parts while simplifying assembly, placing RPS's civilian aviation offering around customized hardware for drone and eVTOL development.

RPS's composite services cover technical development, prototyping, tooling, material selection and manufacturing process design for carbon fiber components. Material options include carbon fiber, polyethylene fiber and aramid, alongside sandwich structures incorporating Rohacell, aramid honeycomb or aluminum honeycomb. Its manufacturing methods include resin prepreg and infusion processes, with curing under high temperature and pressure. Beyond aviation, civilian applications include automotive components, racing, high-speed rail, medical equipment and robotics, extending its custom manufacturing work into lightweight structural parts across several industries.
