Shensi Dianzi is a Jinan-based technology company established in 1993. It entered the capital market in 2015 and became part of Jinan Energy Group in 2022. Its business focuses on smart cities and smart energy, alongside work in smart healthcare and identity authentication. This wider background places its drone technology within a company serving civilian infrastructure and public-service applications.
Its Shensi Zhifei computing unit combines AI processing hardware and self-organizing network communications in an integrated hardware and software system carried aboard a drone. The unit supports onboard computing and communication rather than constituting a complete aircraft. Shensi Dianzi describes the system as a lightweight, low-power flight computing platform built around sensing, computation, flight and management.
Shensi Dianzi has independently developed Shensi Zhifei as an autonomous aerial and ground intelligence system. It combines spatial intelligence and world models with cloud-edge coordination and intelligent control to support perception, assessment, execution and cooperation. Documented civilian applications include traffic-flow monitoring, forest-fire prevention and energy-pipeline inspection, with deployments in Jinan also covering Yellow River patrols, school safety and municipal service inspections.
