Nooploop combines research and development, production, sales and service to supply precision positioning equipment and solutions. Its TOFSense lidar ranging sensor family includes direct and indirect time-of-flight technologies, with single-point and array measurement options. The range supports UART, CAN, IIC and IO interfaces, while cascading supported sensors can reduce communication-interface requirements. Open communication protocols and development resources for ROS, APM and C-language drivers support integration. Documented applications include detection and measurement, robot obstacle avoidance, drone height control and material-level detection.

Nooploop's LinkTrack is a UWB local positioning system combining positioning, navigation, timing and communication. It supports positioning in one, two or three dimensions, alongside distributed ranging and data transmission. A separate data-transmission mode is also available.

For drone height control, Nooploop describes mounting lidar beneath an aircraft to measure its distance from the ground. Array lidar can also measure uneven ground beneath the aircraft to reduce height-control fluctuations caused by nonlevel terrain. Documented civilian uses include agricultural, surveying, inspection and consumer drones.
