The system uses an aircraft carrying equipment that projects extinguishing material horizontally, providing a firefighting approach without the traditional restriction of a tethered water supply.
The firefighting system supports modules for fire suppression, window-breaking rescue and emergency lighting. Its described automation combines AI fire recognition and intelligent obstacle avoidance to locate fire sources and plan flight paths for autonomous firefighting. Reconnaissance and firefighting drones operate together, with live imagery transmitted to a command center. The supporting equipment allows rapid replenishment at a drone dock or mobile deployment from a fire engine for continued operations.
