Nanjing Zhongneng Power Equipment Co., Ltd was established in 2012 and is based in Baixia High-tech Industrial Park in Nanjing's Qinhuai District. It develops, manufactures and sells AC/DC and DC/DC modular high-frequency switching power supplies. Its range also includes high-power switching supplies, integrated power systems and customized power systems. The company began developing high-power tethered power supplies in 2015, subsequently introducing systems rated at 25 kW and 15 kW.
In 2022, Nanjing Zhongneng began developing tethered power systems adapted to DJI and YUNEEC aircraft for industry applications. It introduced M300 and H850 tethered systems at the end of that year, followed by M30, M3 and H520 series products in the first half of 2023. Its exhibited equipment also includes tethered power supplies and lighting assemblies adapted to DJI M3, M30, M350 and FC30 aircraft. The company describes its tethered-system airborne power module as using a voltage-regulating circuit with a wide input range and constant-voltage output.
