KINGSAT COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD is a Guangzhou-based communications hardware manufacturer whose range includes antennas for BVLOS drone video links and maritime connectivity. Its U3 airborne directional auto-tracking antenna serves applications such as power-line patrols, oil and gas pipeline inspections, forest fire response and post-disaster rescue. The broader KINGSAT range covers Ku/Ka-band VSAT antennas, maritime satellite TV antennas, high-gain 4G antennas, LEO tracking antennas, microwave tracking antennas and VBOX video compression equipment.
The U3 weighs 1.5 kg and measures 40 × 5 cm in disc diameter and thickness. It combines a horizontally polarized PCB antenna with single-axis servo stabilization, continuous 360° azimuth rotation and a tracking speed of at least 90°/s. It provides up to 10 dBi directional gain and supports MANET or microwave video transmission modules operating at 1.3–1.5 GHz, 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz. Intended for medium and large inspection drones with payload capacities above 5 kg, it can pair with KINGSAT M4L, ML4 or M6 ground tracking antennas. Its specified operating range is -30°C to +70°C and 0–95% humidity, with maximum power handling of 25 W.
