Flying-Cam International Limited develops and manufactures industrial unmanned helicopter systems and provides professional close-range aerial filming services. Founded in Belgium in 1988 by Emmanuel Previnaire, the company has branches or offices in Belgium, the United States, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Its aviation engineering team designs and manufactures aircraft, develops its own automatic flight-control systems and uses vertically integrated manufacturing. Its film and television credits include the James Bond and Harry Potter series and Game of Thrones.

Its two named helicopter lines are SARAH 4.0 and DISCOVERY. SARAH 4.0 is a fully electric single-rotor helicopter with a maximum takeoff weight of 25–32 kg, payload capacity of up to 10 kg, top airspeed of up to 140 km/h and wind resistance of up to 80 km/h. DISCOVERY is a turbine-powered single-rotor helicopter using aviation turbine fuel, with a maximum takeoff weight of 75 kg and top airspeed of up to 180 km/h. Across the two lines, maximum payload reaches 30 kg and maximum endurance reaches three hours.

Both helicopter lines can be customized with precision sensors for telemetry and remote sensing, including airborne magnetic surveying equipment and three-dimensional lidar. Flying-Cam's completed industrial projects include engineering inspection for BASF and three-dimensional lidar inspection of a railway hub in Marseille, France. These projects form part of a civilian application history that also includes aerial cinematography. The company has received two Academy scientific and technical awards and one Emmy engineering award, with the 2014 Academy Scientific and Engineering Award recognizing SARAH's development.
