Founded in November 2021, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Tianyi Shangjia High-tech Materials Co., Ltd., with registered capital of 20 million yuan and total investment of 60 million yuan. Its operations combine research, production, sales and technical services, supported by resin mixing equipment, imported resin film and prepreg production equipment, and a research center for aviation-grade resin and prepreg development, testing and evaluation.

The prepreg range includes unidirectional and fabric formats with carbon-fiber or glass-fiber reinforcement, as well as slit tape for automated tape laying (ATL) and automated fiber placement (AFP). Resin options include epoxy curing at 70–120°C, epoxy and toughened epoxy curing at 130°C, flame-retardant epoxy curing at 120°C, and bismaleimide (BMI). Additional systems include cyanate ester curing at 130°C, vinyl ester curing at 150°C and phenolic resin curing at 130°C. These temperatures are curing conditions for the respective systems.

The company's structural adhesive films include epoxy and BMI formulations with distinct curing conditions. Epoxy options cure at 70–120°C, 130°C or 180°C, while the high-Tg epoxy film cures at 125°C and the BMI film cures at 200°C. This adhesive-film range sits alongside the company's resins, unidirectional prepregs and fabric prepregs. Its broader resin and prepreg business serves sectors including aviation, UAVs, aerospace, military equipment, ships and high-end industry.
