AheadX Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd is a Beijing-based robotics company established in September 2014. Its core team originated from the iFLY UAS team at Beihang University's Robotics Research Institute. The company combines design, research and development, manufacturing, sales and service across complete unmanned aircraft systems, unmanned boat systems and airborne avionics. Its civilian application areas include surveying, inspection, education and training, logistics transport and maritime patrol, with hardware ranging from multi-rotor aircraft to autogyros and unmanned boats.
The independently developed MR413A multi-rotor UAV serves mapping and inspection applications and offers flexible payload mounting. It measures 95 × 99 × 45 cm and has a black composite body. The MR405 is a compact, independently developed multi-rotor aircraft intended for applications including high-definition aerial photography; its black composite body measures 54 × 62 × 11 cm. Other models in AheadX's range include the QP532 mapping and inspection aircraft, MR413 multi-rotor aircraft, AG186 autogyro and SP163 unmanned boat.
For integrators, AheadX supplies navigation and control systems, electro-optical payload systems, and simulation and training systems. Its avionics solutions support robotic platforms including unmanned aircraft, boats and ground vehicles. The hardware range is complemented by the SPACE series for human-machine interaction and the GALAXY cloud management system for remote monitoring and management of multiple types of robots over the internet. GALAXY also supports private deployment, allowing users to deploy the management system within their own infrastructure.
